Do you offer custom orders?
Custom orders are only available for wholesale and private label collaborations at this time.
How will I receive my items?
If you live locally in Columbus, OH, or surrounding areas, I love offering local pick-up. If you live nearby but would like your items delivered or if you live further afield, I ship via UPS, and shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
What is your refund policy?
If you receive a damaged candle upon arrival, I’m happy to refund your order within 14 days. Please reach out to forgottenandfound@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item to begin this process.

How should I care for my candle?
Here are a few steps to keep your candle burning brightly.
1. Always trim your wick! I recommend a 1/4 inch trim as the magic wick height.
2. Let your candle burn until it melts to the edges of your vessel to prevent tunneling.
3. Keep your candle on a flat, kid, pet, and breeze-free place.
4. Leave a little bit of wax at the end of the candle to avoid the glassware getting too hot and cracking.
5. Most importantly, don’t forget to use my refill program to refill your vessel and keep your candle burning strong.
Can I choose the scent for my candle?
Yes, this is one of the reasons F&F is so special. When purchasing a candle online, choose from any of the scents in the dropdown menu. When refilling a candle, I will provide a list of available scents to you to choose from.
Where do you source your wax, wicks, and fragrances from?
I source my wax, wicks, and fragrances from Makesy, an eco-friendly supplier for small business owners.
Can you tell me more about the ingredients you use?
Our candles are hand-poured using soy wax and use sustainable wooden wicks. Our candles are entirely natural and non-toxic.
They are:
Animal Product & Cruelty-Free - no use of animal testing or by-products.
Toxin-Free - no toxins anywhere.
Phthalates-Free - no need to worry about reproductive systems.
Mutagen-Free - let's leave our genetics alone.
Carcinogen-Free - keep those safety risks out of your home
Why do you use wooden wicks?
Wooden wicks are beneficial for many reasons. Among them, wooden wicks burn longer and are cleaner than other wicks, they are a more sustainable option and create less smoke and soot.

How can I refill something if I don’t live nearby?
At this time, refills are only available to those who can drop off and pick up locally in the Columbus, OH area.
Will you refill candle vessels from other brands?
Absolutely. In an effort to reduce as much waste as possible, I’m more than happy to refill any vessel.
Would you recommend filling a family heirloom piece?
Turning heirlooms and family pieces into refillable candles is a wonderful way to give vessels a second life and to truly enjoy them in your very own space. It’s an honor to be a part of this process.
*However, please be aware that damages can occur, and these one-of-a-kind family pieces may not be replaceable.
*Kindly Note: Forgotten & Found is not responsible for any damaged items. While we do our best to take great care of every piece, damages can occur. Please be especially aware of this if you’re hoping to fill an heirloom vessel.
How many candles can I get refilled at one time?
As many as you’d like. I always say the more, the better! A discount will be given if you have 5 containers to be filled and an additional discount if you bring 10 containers.
Can you deliver my refill?
Yes, if you’re local to the Columbus area and would like me to deliver your refill items, I’m happy to do so for a small fee of $5 per delivery. Please indicate on your refill form that you’d prefer delivery instead of pick up.
Does a vessel have to be completely cleaned for a refill, or is it okay if there is wax left over?
It’s ok if there’s wax left over! I will clean out the vessel before it’s filled.

How does your wholesale program work?
I love partnering with businesses of all different sizes in the Columbus, OH area and beyond.
Wholesale partners have the opportunity to select as many F&F products as they’d like from our collections at a discounted price. To get started, please fill out my form here (link to form). Once received, I’ll be in touch to share my Wholesale Packet, which details our core collections, process and how to get started. Once you have chosen your items and we’ve confirmed your order, I’ll send an invoice and we’ll decide if delivering or shipping your items is best.
How does your private labeling service work?
There’s something so special about creating your very own collection. If you’re interested in my private label service, please fill out this form (link to form) to get started. Upon receiving your form, I’ll reach out to schedule a connect call to learn more about your goals, vision and overall budget. Following our call, I’ll present a proposal detailing my custom candle options, scents, and label selections. Once the proposal has been approved and we’ve agreed on the final quantity and scents, I’ll begin the candle-making process, and you can expect to receive your products within two weeks.
